Requires manage repurposes permission (Owner / Admin / Member). Viewers get 403. Other-workspace IDs return 403. Conceptual guide: Repurpose. Same health checks as activate: usable source, at least one usable destination, required meta present. Watermark:
  • User pause (paused_reason is null) — keeps activated_at, so videos posted during the pause are still picked up
  • System pause (source_removed, source_unavailable, no_destinations) — stamps activated_at to now, so the outage backlog is not replayed
