Team roles
TryPost has one owner per account (the user who signed up — set onAccount.owner_id) plus three workspace-scoped roles that can be assigned to additional members.

Inviting members
- Go to Settings > Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter the email address
- Select a role — Admin, Member, or Viewer
- Click Send Invite
Pending invitations can be cancelled at any time before they’re accepted.
Accepting an invite
When you receive an invitation:- Click the link in the email
- Log in or create a TryPost account
- Accept or decline the invitation
- If accepted, you’re immediately added to the workspace
Changing roles
The account owner and workspace admins can change a member’s role at any time from Settings > Team. Click on the member’s current role to change it.Removing members
Owners and admins can remove members from Settings > Team. Removing a member:- Revokes their access immediately
- Does not delete posts they created
- Does not affect their TryPost account or other workspace memberships
Multiple workspaces
A single TryPost account can belong to multiple workspaces with different roles in each. For example:- Owner of your own account’s workspaces
- Admin of a company workspace
- Viewer of a client workspace

Not yet. The account owner is set at sign-up and stays fixed. For shared management, use the Admin role.

Viewers can see posts, the calendar, analytics, signatures, and labels — but they cannot create, edit, publish, or delete anything. They also can’t connect social accounts or manage team.

All members (and viewers) can see all posts in the workspace, regardless of who created them.

Their scheduled posts remain and will still be published as planned. Only access to the workspace is revoked.

On TryPost Cloud, yes — your plan sets the cap (Starter 1, Plus 5, Pro 15, Max 20). When you hit it, sending a new invite returns
402 Payment Required. Self-hosted instances are unlimited.
