Pick a plan that matches your busiest month — the dashboard returns 402 Payment Required the moment you exceed any limit, with a message telling you which one is gating the action.

Trial

New accounts start on an 8-day trial of the plan you pick at signup. No card required to begin — Stripe collects the payment method once the trial converts to paid. Cancel any time during the trial to avoid charges. The trial countdown is visible at Settings > Account > Billing.

Subscribing

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Billing
  2. Pick Monthly or Yearly at the top of the plan picker
  3. Click the plan you want
  4. Confirm in Stripe Checkout — payment method is captured but you’re not charged until the trial ends
Yearly billing applies a per-plan discount versus monthly. The exact discount is shown next to each plan in Checkout.

Upgrading / downgrading

Use the same Settings > Account > Billing page to change plans. Upgrades take effect immediately; Stripe prorates the difference for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period — you keep the higher-tier limits until then.

Updating payment method & invoices

Click Manage subscription on the Billing page to open the Stripe Customer Portal in a new tab. From there you can:
  • Update card / payment method
  • Download invoices and receipts
  • Change billing email
  • Cancel the subscription

AI credits

Every AI feature deducts credits from your workspace’s monthly quota. The quota resets on each billing cycle.

Track usage at Settings > Account > Usage — the page shows how many credits are used, the monthly limit, and live counts for workspaces / social accounts / members against your plan caps. When credits hit zero, AI calls return 402 Payment Required until the next reset (or until you upgrade).

Limit-exceeded behavior

When any plan limit is reached, the dashboard shows an upgrade dialog and the API/MCP layer returns 402 Payment Required with a message explaining which limit was hit (e.g. Workspace limit exceeded, Monthly AI credits exhausted).
